Using identity theft, a hacker has been successfully removing Christian Videos off of YouTube.  By claiming to be the author of the videos, the hacker goes to YouTube's Copyright Infringement page [here], demanding that YouTube remove the Video.

Once YouTube removes a video, anyone who tries to access it sees this...

Fortunately the hacker is not removing all Christian Videos, they seem to focus on removing specific Christian messages, regarding Heaven and Hell.  Primarily videos from Mary K Baxter, Choo Thomas and the testimony of 7 Columbian Youths. These messages are very controversial, focusing on God's love and judgment, and usually too strong for most pulpits.

The authors of these Videos, Mary K Baxter and Choo Thomas have been informed that their videos are being removed, and are understandably upset.

The hacker has repeatedly filed bogus YouTube Copyright Complaints, even though the removed videos have been re-uploaded to YouTube.

The hacker would first go to G-Mail, and sign up for a new email address with the author's name. He would then do a little research about the author, in order to make the copyright complaint sound realistic. With YouTube's policy, videos are taken down instantly, then the owner needs to go through a Copyright Counter-Notification (here). But even after this, the videos often don't get back up.  The hacker remains anonymous because their Login credentials with Youtube and G-Mail don't have the actual hackers name or phone number. Therefore the hacker is not afraid when YouTube requires them to sign a "I state UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY" claim.

The owner of the videos then gets a bunch of emails from YouTube telling him each video that was removed.

The hacker has not only used YouTube to remove specific videos, they have also used this method on Google Videos and Metacafe.  They have even written e-mails to domain registers, and complained against websites holding these specific messages, while pretending to be the authors.

Recently this hacker has been busy taking down Spanish Christian videos, from Spanish YouTube. For example if you go to, this link and try to watch the first video. It has been taken down. Or go to YouTube and search for the 7 Columbian Youths testimony in Spanish and you will see that every video showing the actual Revelation has been taken down, and only Videos that say "FALSA REVELACION" are left.

YouTube considers this a FALSE TAKEDOWN attempt and has promised to investigate.  If others are having problems with this hacker they must e-mail [email protected] and mention there is a FALSE TAKEDOWN ATTEMPT and they should refer to Youtube Ticket # 693752762 for Youtube's reference.
