114
God’s Deliverance of Israel from Egypt.
When Israel went forth Afrom Egypt,
The house of Jacob from a people of Bstrange language,
Judah became AHis sanctuary,
Israel, BHis dominion.

The Asea looked and fled;
The BJordan turned back.
The mountains Askipped like rams,
The hills, like lambs.
What Aails you, O sea, that you flee?
O Jordan, that you turn back?
O mountains, that you skip like rams?
O hills, like lambs?

ATremble, O earth, before the Lord,
Before the God of Jacob,
Who Aturned the rock into a Bpool of water,
The Cflint into a fountain of water.
